Bellville civic leaders saw a need for a place where
seniors could enjoy a variety of activities and fellowship
with others. On land donated by a local developer, Bill
May designed a facility to give the participants space
for those activities.
In addition to a large multipurpose space and kitchen,
the facility had dedicated spaces for a shop, crafts,
music and a variety of inside and outside spaces for
eating, visiting and reading.
