Webster
This was a "strip center" which flanked both sides of
the entrance to a large apartment complex on Nasa
Road 1 in Webster.
Brick detailing and sky blue soffits reminiscent of some
of Galveston's old buildings gave the complex a sense
of continuity with the past while clean storefronts and
an innovative system of pier mounted lighting lighting
the canopy above created a sense of contemporary
style.
