These were preliminary studies for a major
remodeling of a home the owner had grown up in.
Most of the existing home was located on the
upper tier of a two tiered lot near Memorial Park.
Plans called for creating a glazed corridor which
stepped down to a game room/cabana adjacent
to the proposed pool on the lower level. A stucco
wall surrounded the home on the front and side
with all rooms on the rear opened to the view of
the deck and pool.
